Full of history and tradition, Europe is known for classic and elegant Natural Stones. France quarries some interesting and beautiful limestones and marbles, while Norway is home to Granite's, with depth and intensity. Italy is the biggest producer of White Marbles and home to the most breath-taking White Marble mountains ever! There are also limestones in Germany, and Turkey, while Greece is also a prominent Marble producer.

 

There are so many stone quarries in Europe, it will allow us to feature "stones by country" and never run out of colors to talk about. 

Italy has probably been the biggest influence on the Industry as a whole. Their passion to seek out new quarries and colors from around the world and bring them to Italy to produce with their innovative techniques and machinery has created a higher standard for the industry and allows us to have a better understanding and appreciation for natures gift.
